What should I wear?

Simple clothing allows more focus on what really matters in your photos - You! A variety of outfits will allow us to get multiple looks. Stick to solid colours and avoid busy patterns that are distracting. Bring plenty of options, we have lots of time to see what works best.

Can I see my images during the session?

Absolutely. Part of what makes a great headshot is being able to see yourself and my goal is to work together to create images that you feel excellent about.

What happens after my session?

After your session we will review you images together and you will choose which images you’d like to purchase. After your purchase the images will be professionally retouched and uploaded to an online gallery for you to download.

What should i do with my hair?

Wear your hair as you normally would on a regular basis.

If you are planning on getting a haircut for your session please try to schedule your cut for a few days before your session.

For colour please allow a few days as well for the colour to become more even and natural.

Bring a comb or any other hair products that you may need throughout the day just to touch up your hair if needed during the session.

A good way for men to have multiple looks is to grow some stubble for the session. Bring a razor and shave for an easy second look.

What should I do about my makeup?

Keep your makeup natural.

Avoid heavy makeup, very dark, and contouring. We want the light to shape your face naturally.

Light foundation is ok, avoid heavy foundation as it tends to crack and look caked on.
